We can only change the shipping address the same day that you placed the order. Please email info@besprucy.com with your order number and the correct address, and you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that it’s been done. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged.However, if you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, We will issue a full refund. ​ If you received a package that has suffered any damage during shipment that affected product quality, you'll need to inform Be Sprucy within calendar 10 days from the delivery date.To open and file the claim, you'll need to email info@besprucy.com
Be Sprucy is unable to process a claim of a product damaged during transportation after 10 calendar days from the delivery date. We are unable to process claims of damaged products that haven’t been ordered directly through besprucy.com.
Unfortunately at this time, we can not estimate or cover duties that come with customs. Customers are responsible for paying for any accruing customs, and refusal to do so will result in the package being sent back to us. You will only be refunded the difference of your order after return shipping fees are deducted. As we grow, we hope to offer an option to pay duties at check out! Canadian customers will not be charged duties.
